Let that sink in.

It’s so powerful.

Do you have something in your past that keeps you stuck?

A belief?

A trauma?

A choice?

Some random comment someone said about you?

It’s easy to believe that the past defines you, that what has been will forever be.

But just as you are not your thoughts, your future can only affect you if you don’t learn from your mistakes.

If you feel tired, overwhelmed, and stuck right now–that’s okay. Observe it. Make a choice to change.

If you see other women live the effortless life you want and feel envious–that’s good too. Why good? It’s good because your life is signalling you to move forward and put energy into the area you want to change.

The best way to change your past is to learn from your mistakes. Then the future “you” can do better.
